10 POINTS best answer I just bought a used RAZR VT3, and a new 2 Gig memory card for it.?

While uploading songs onto it, I fell asleep, and when I woke up the battery was dead, and it won’t recharge. Whats wrong, and how can I fix it?

Maybe something is wrong with the charger? I tried to google RAZR VT3 but I did not get much. Did you type the phone type properly? Also why dont you contact the person you bought it from. Also, this sounds silly but try a different outlet. I will keep searching and let you know what I find.
